Makes 8oz: 1/2 cup milk 2 tsp CHAI-LICIOUS Spice mix 1/2 cup water 1 to 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp loose tea Combine all the above ingredients into a saucepan and place over medium heat.

Heat the pan until you start to see small bubbles around the edge. Stir the chai to avoid scalding the milk. When the mixture comes to a boil, turn off the heat and stir well.

Bring to a boil one more time, turn off the heat, mix well. Allow all the flavors to meld together for a few minutes. Strain into a cup and enjoy our Boston Spice Chai-Licious.
